Course information
We make every effort to keep course information accurate and up to date. However, course content, durations, delivery methods, start dates and fees may change — for example, when an awarding body updates a qualification. We will confirm the details that apply to you before you enrol.
Applications
Submitting an application does not guarantee a place. We will review your application, may invite you to an initial assessment or conversation, and will confirm in writing if you are offered a place. You must provide accurate information in your application.
Fees and payment
- Course fees are shown in pounds sterling (GBP).
- Online payments are processed securely by Stripe. By paying online you also agree to Stripe’s terms of service.
- Your place is confirmed once your enrolment has been completed with our admissions team.
Cancellations and refunds
If you book a course online or at a distance, you normally have the right to cancel within 14 days of your booking under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you ask us to start your course within that period and then cancel, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the training already provided. To cancel, email info@keyznowtraining.co.uk. Any other cancellation and refund terms will be set out in your enrolment agreement and do not affect your statutory rights.
Qualifications and certification
Certificates are issued by the relevant awarding body once you have successfully completed all assessment requirements. Timescales for certification depend on the awarding body.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. We are not responsible for the content of external websites linked from this site.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
