The information we collect
When you contact us
Your name, email address, phone number (optional), subject and message.
When you apply for a course
- Your name, email address, phone number and country of residence
- The course you are applying for and your preferred start date
- Your highest qualification, previous experience and personal statement
- Your CV, if you choose to upload one
When you pay online
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly on Stripe’s secure checkout page and are never seen or stored by us. Stripe shares with us your name, email address, billing details and the outcome of the payment.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiries
- To assess your course application and contact you about it
- To process course payments and issue receipts
- To enrol you with the relevant awarding body if you join a course
- To meet our legal, regulatory and quality-assurance obligations
Our lawful basis
Under UK GDPR we rely on:
- Taking steps at your request before entering into a contract — when you apply for or pay for a course;
- Legitimate interests — responding to enquiries and running our training centre;
- Legal obligation — for example, keeping financial records;
- Consent — where we ask for it, which you may withdraw at any time.
How we store your information
Forms on this website do not store your information in a website database. Enquiries and applications are sent securely by email to our team, and any attached CV is delivered as an email attachment. We keep personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes above, after which it is securely deleted.
Who we share it with
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- our email provider, which delivers form submissions to our team;
- Stripe, which processes online payments;
- awarding bodies such as TQUK, when you enrol on a qualification;
- regulators or authorities where the law requires it.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct or delete it;
- object to or restrict how we use it;
- data portability;
- withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent.
